200 Series
The DOEN 200 Series range of models can be matched to engines from 500kW to 3000kW. These high performance units are specially designed for continuous commercial use in the most arduous operating environments.
The 200 Series waterjet is manufactured using corrosion resistant aluminium components, in conjunction with tough resilient stainless steel to wear prone componentry
The lightweight pre-fabricated aluminium intake duct is supplied as a complete, pre-matched item ready for installation. Custom design is possible to accommodate variable shaft angles and tunnel heights to optimise vessel performance and improve machinery interfacing. The benefit to the customer is quicker installation times, built to exacting dimensions as a finished item requiring no rework.
The entire main pump componentry is manufactured from stainless steel. This includes the impeller, the impeller casing and the discharge nozzle. The use of stainless steel for these components ensures that the unit will offer maximum service life and be extremely resistant to the effects of erosion, corrosion and cavitation.
The balance of the waterjet including the reverse ducts and steering assembly are manufactured from lightweight aluminium. This approach provides a new and unique alternative to operators at a very competitive price.
The DOEN 200 Series of waterjets can be installed as single, twin or triple jets in fiberglass, aluminium or steel hulls. They can also be supplied as booster jets.
